President’s Report: Patty
One Night Only (ONOnly)
- $191.10 of $200 donated by Theatre Boosters to ONOnly was used to purchase dinner supplies and Sporty’s food
- Most items were donated by Theatre and Music Booster members and parents
- BIG thank you to all for your contributions!
- 50/50 raffle net proceeds $139 to Theatre Boosters
- Approximately $3000 from ONOnly goes to Fine Arts Department
Fundraiser Sat 4/21 10am-2pm “Ford’s Drive 4 UR School” provided by Joe Cotton Ford
- 6/8 Theatre Booster volunteers to help with this fundraiser
- Theatre Boosters, Music Boosters and Post Prom will all share in this fundraiser
- Ford will donate $20.00 for each car test driven, and an additional $10 for second test drive (limited models), with maximum earnings of $8000
Legally Blonde Brunch 4/28 11am-12pm
- Head count 157 (pit + actors + crew), 50 of these are pit
- Pit (50) start time is after brunch break, however we are including them in food coverage
Faculty Report: Mr. King – unable to attend
Robyn provided a few posters for us to place at local businesses, music lesson, and hair salon. Lori will try to post at Jewel, McAllister’s, nail salon, CS Park District, Marianos. Avoid areas with primarily young children, due to adult content of musical.
Robyn confirmed with Mr. King that hold for Booster section pre-sale has been released for general ticket sales.
Treasurer’s Report: Jennifer O. – unable to attend
March Treasurer’s Report provided for review. Balance is $6,804.29

- Wed 5/9 Tentative – Pot Belly family night fundraiser (last day of strike)
Concessions: Jennifer – unable to attend
- Violetta suggested have booster members /parents donate food items for concessions. Decided to keep it simple with current supplies
- SignUp Genius filled up in two days for 4/28 Brunch at 1st dress rehearsal (all parents included)

- Veggie Tray
- Lori offered to bring any additional items added/needed
Scholarship: Violetta
- New plaque for scholarship winners needed. $276 quote obtained and approved for purchase
Web Support: Brenda – unable to attend
Robyn reported Ticket sales for Legally Blonde thus far: 448 sold, 2,391 available total for all 3 nights
Old News: Discussed Carnation sales again, and decided demand would be minimal. We could ask for donations for flower shops if we did. Decision made to skip it.
